Product introduction

This display is a 3.5-inch USB computer secondary screen, only need a Type-C data cable to connect to the computer, no HDMI, can display the full range of information (such as CPU temperature, memory usage, graphics card model, hard disk free space, Internet speed, etc.).

It adopts a 3.5-inch IPS full-view display with a high-definition 480x320 dot matrix.
The product comes with a casing (a front iron frame and a rear acrylic protective cover).
It reserves two Type-C interfaces, allowing for unrestricted installation and greater flexibility.
It only requires one Type-C data cable to operate, eliminating the need for HDMI or any other additional connection cables.
It supports the upper computer to rotate and display at any angle, making it convenient to change various themes.
It can be equipped with various beautiful display themes, offering high playability.
It also supports custom display themes. The product is driver-free, facilitating quick and easy use.

common problem

1.The product does not respond upon power-on and the screen does not light up.

First, make sure that the Type C interface is properly connected. Then, check the voltage of the power supply interface and the contact condition of the power supply cable.

If the backlight still doesn't respond after following the above procedures, it can be presumed that there might be a fault in the hardware circuit.

2.The backlight of the product lights up when powered on, but there is no display screen.

A bright backlight indicates that the module has been powered on normally. Check if it is due to insufficient power supply voltage or if the host computer has not clicked the start screen display. If necessary, use necessary tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or logic analyzers to analyze and test the signals, and contact our technical staff for assistance.

3.The upper computer shows that there is no available screen.

Check if the backlight is on, then check if the device manager detects the screen connection. If after plugging and unplugging several times or changing the computer interface and data cable, it still cannot be detected, please contact our technical staff for assistance.

4.Clicking to activate the screen display results in the screen remaining dark.

First, check if the backlight is on. If it's not on, it might be due to insufficient power supply. Replace the computer interface or data cable and try again. Check if the brightness is too low, whether the screen pixels are correct, and if the theme is selected.
